Building Trust Through Solid Relationships

Trust is the single most important asset in business today. The opposite impact of the ubiquitous nature of the web is the need for people to have trusted referrals to products and services that they want. The Critical Facilities Network (CFN) was founded on the principle that our best business and suppliers come from trusted referral partners and relationships.

Since inception in early 2008, CFN has assembled the "best of the best" in the Northwest critical facilities and IT supplier field – including local leaders like Battery Power Systems, Campbell Company and Fire Chief Equipment. Together, our eight participants have over 2,000 Northwest accounts, including top customers like Boeing, Microsoft, Starbucks, T-Mobile, AT&T and many others. These leaders use CFN’s proprietary referral technology and service platform to send and receive referrals – gaining new, high-margin business and earning referral fees.

CFN is looking for the next great eight companies to join. To join CFN your organization goes through a rigorous application process. To learn more about CFN’s application process click here.

FEATURED PARTICIPANT
Jim Clifford
Jim Clifford
Jim is the owner and COO of Battery Power Systems, Inc. Battery Power Systems was founded in 1984 and quickly grew to become the Northwest’s leader in DC Power Solutions for IT Telecom and other Critical Facility applications.

Here is an excerpt of what Jim has to say about CFN:

"CFN has not only resulted in new business, but also provides us with the opportunity to refer our clients to members who provide a diverse offering of products and services which are outside of our core business. We can trust that each time we refer clients to other members that they will be well cared for, and that our referral will reflect positively on us.

So far, our affiliation with CFN and all of its members has been extremely positive, providing us with new opportunities and in some cases, ways to strengthen our relationship with existing clients by bringing them solutions to problems we could not otherwise have helped them with."
